i guess if you feel like you're pushing yourself onto her, then you probably are. sometimes we date people just to try to forget the past and that never works, especially because most of the time you settle for the next person to show interest in you.and i know this is delayed because it's march already and i'm sure you've done something about it. but i thought i should leave my two cents.

Too many donuts

She's sitting 5 feet from me.
The dog is at her feet, begging for the donut that she's currently eating.
I'm not staring at her, cause that's disturbing.
Out of my peripheral, I see her beauty.

It drives me crazy that we never kissed
We've done everything else under the sun, all except that...

We've never kissed, and we were so close.
I know she doesn't know.
I know she doesn't know how much I care about her

I told her last night, at 4 AM, that if there was anything I could do or tell her
That would help her realize that I am the man she needs.

I hope she spends the night tonight, there's a very small chance of it
Every moment alone we have, there is another shot at perfection

She said everything seemed just, too perfect.

No tomorrows
No day but today.
