New roommate and I get along, we actually don't see each other much. I thought living with someone I didn't know beforehand would be scary but it's actually not that bad 'cause we're both fairly independent, quiet, and respectful of one another.

Good luck with your friend, what happened if I may ask?

Haha, yeah it'll be my 2nd move (or 3rd residence) in the past 4 months. Subletting is good for temporary moves, 'cause you end up feeling more like a guest than a tenant if none of the stuff there is yours, y'know?

No, the place I'm in is fine, but my lease is up at the end of the month. And I'm in no place to make a year long commitment, so I'm subletting for 4 months.
