Confessions of a Rich Broke Teen

hey everyone...my second blog...i decided to talk about how i'm a rich broke teen. if you dont know what "rich broke" means, it means that you you have plenty of money, but for some reason you can't spend it. So you're rich but broke at the same time. i've been rich broke for a while now. And especially now that Christmas passed, i have lots of money but nothing to spend it on. I have $70 cash, $100 in visa Gift Cards, $25 Old Navy Gift Card, and $25 Borders Gift card. that's like $200+ of money to have as my own. i tried t buy some band shirts online but the keep declining my Visa Gift Cards! And i know i can use the cards online because they said i could. and i really want the shirts! One is a Gym Class Heroes shirt and the other is Paramore. I just want them before school starts so i can scare the shit out of my friends with my band shirts.

My school is 99% African American. And i hate that. I love diversity. My friends are sick of me complaining but you know what, I'll be out of that school on May 23, 2008, yup graduation day bitches. But back to being rich broke. Now that i have mad money, i dont know where to shop! Like when i'm completely broke, i'm like "when i get money, i'ma buy this and this and then go to this store and buy this and this...". Now, i'm like" where can i go to shop" and it even harder for me being a really thick girl cuz not all of the clothes you like will fit you or even be in your size. Like, I'm b/w a Junior L, XL and a plus size small. So when i go to like American Eagle or Forever 21, i may not fit their L(i dont think they have XL) but when i go to Lane Bryant, their small is huge on me. I just need to lose weight. And clothes is the only thing i want to spend my money on b/c its what i need the most now. And maybe another pair of Vans...yea. I need a job also, like asap. So that i can have a bank account and a card that wont be declined when i want to make online purchases.

So for all of my Rich Broke Teens out there, hold on....we'll find a way to spend like we want to!
