In life if you're not aware of your directions you can always find something wonderful, one of the great things about where i live is that you don't have to sugar coat your feelings, but have we settled for a sugar free existance? We accept "tasti delite" instead of real ice cream, emails instead of love songs, jokes instead of poetry. Is no wonder when faced with the real thing we cann't stomach it, Is it something we learn to digest or have we become romance intolerant. When it comes to reality and the people who want us to live in it is complicated.The world tells us to get serious or to get real but what happends when living in reality means living in pain, fear, or south beach. If a defense mechanism can get us through the difficult times, how bad could it be? Maybe the reality is we need denial, now the question is DENIAL: friend or foe? They say that opposites attrack, but they never say for how long. Should the relationship savy person turn down the fires of passion reckindling or work and friends? or should we simply be satisfied with the romance that sizzles? I couldn't help but wonder with even the hottest relationships stop cold? Also it's true when living in reality can mean pain but it will be relieved by friendships, it can be fear, but it will be relieved with fearlesness. Although sometimes reality is just that reality. So what is reality and whose reality is it? There are all types of places to live...in denial; in ignornace; in love; in miami; in confusion, but is the reality we choose the best? People speak of how we should let the droughts of love and passion work their magic, that it will all come to those who wait patiently and lovingly but to those who don't give 3 fucks that talk means shit.
