Completely different vibe from your "Ally" pic, but like that one you use the restriction of color to direct attention on a face. Like a string of equidistant beads, the roses and the woman's face form a sequence; the eye selects the two roses because of their color. The light on the roses is wonderful.

Very simple, and powerful. Full spectrum color - but only in a fraction of the space, helping to focus attention on the eye.
