Great insight Payton. As you noticed, I did struggle a bit with the ending trying to figure out how it should be. And in the end I put this down. I know that one days triumphs do not wash away the dirt of weeks, months, and years of torturous pain, solitude, hunger, and mournfulness, yet at the same time there is still cause to celebrate since, for the moment at least, the sea of troubles that is life has subsided. Even if life is only to become a mad squall again within hours. This is merely a small glimpse into one evening of a man's desperate life and the joys of everyday kindness.

This is pretty great amadeus. You're descriptions are beautiful and the tone you create is wonderful from the beginning yet your ending seems to be a bit lacking. That the woes of this individual can be so easily overturned by a gift of money and merchandise seems a counterproductive conclusion, is their not meaning in your beggars existence beyond his need. Commodity cannot fulfill the needs of a vacant heart not even when given graciously from the innocent vitality of a child. Great work though nonetheless!

I watched the whole thing. I have seen worse bowlers. I have a couple of incidents where I dropped the ball behind me. You can't be as bad as that. And most of us have crappy jobs and that has nothing to do with us as people.

HAHAHA! Life sure has a great way of kicking you in the teeth...As you may recall I was supposed to be teaching science in S. Korea right now. Well as it turns out, visa requirements changed and I didn't fit their bill anymore. So much for that. So for now I'm working on restoring an old 1971 VW bus, and trying to get back into the darkroom more often. I have brief moments of inspiration so I make sure to mold those into fruition or else I fell like I wasted some great idea that my subconscious mind came up with for me. Other than that I'm just a regular guy who likes music, being outside, and art.
