About Axl Low

Axl Low (アクセル=ロウ, Akuseru Rō?) is a character in the Guilty Gear fighting game series, making his first appearance in the first game, Guilty Gear, though his story and character change and develop further in the later games. He employs a strangely modified kusarigama, which, instead of a weight at the end, has another kama, and a thus-far unexplained control over fire. His personality can be described as laid-back or lighthearted, and despite his consistent failure to solve his problem, he always keeps a fairly upbeat attitude.

Who bothers reading Bernama. Who bothers believing this drivel. Things are getting desperate here in Malaysia, and the school bully have their backs against the wall.

School bullies are not particularly articulate or intelligent. But let me start the ball rolling and name names:

ANALyse the treatment of Rahim Thamby Chik, the former chief minister of Melaka.

ANALyse the treatment of Abdul Razak Baginda.

ANALyse the antics of Khairy.

ANALyse the raping of the Nations resources.

ANALyse the Termite infested homes of rural Malaysians who wonder where the next 10 Ringgit will come from, while their Yang Berhormats (MP's)wonder how they will find the next 10 Juta (Million)

There are many establishment figures involved with sex scandals, but most of these involve women, so the man on man action has to be wheeled out as an excuse.

As for the young and impressionable, what nonsense. I can only imagine that the young and impressionable who cannot access girls due to various Hudud and Qisas Laws which certain people want to implement will chase the boys instead.

I'd rather not get upset or feel unpatriotic over the antics of these people. Having travelled around over the years, I have come to the conclusion that you can love a country and hate its Government.

I no longer take Bernama, The Starless, The New Straitjacket Times, The Tanjong Rambutan Mail seriously. Whats more, I doubt many Malaysians do either.

Things will get worse here before they get better, and things will not be pleasant for a while.

I'm working on it, I'm working on it. I guess my mom hadn't been in my room...for...it must've been quite some time, and she walked and...and just froze. I watched her turn and around and she shut my door behind her, so she couldn't see the mess, out of sight, out of mind, I guess.

Everyone goes through these, but noone expresses them, or discusses them. Living alone can make it worse. I think you need someone to hold you at night. That usually solves these things...

As for bottling things up, it does'nt solve much. Yes, work can be unfulfilling, and going out at night can be expensive. But at least you are releasing it here, and somehow that helps.

We all keep things to ourselves, and some closets are bigger than others. Everyone has a few skeletons.

Just relax for now.

Take care.

I'll try and address this -

"Prefer Asians or White only"

On that particular issue the context is'nt clear. Is it on a romantic level, or a friendship level. On the romantic level, then its down to physical appearance, and after that personality.

On the Malaysian psyche, now you have an interesting conundrum. I have'nt really got the time to delve into the politics and society in Malaysia, because it would take volumes to explain it. By the time I have explained it and published it, it would be banned. Then I would get an ISA (Internal Security Act), for being accused of stirring racial sentiments. I've better things to do than lepak (hang around)with the "boys" from Bukit Aman

Of course, most reasonable hate racism. But I also hate extremists. Its the politicians who have poisoned the minds of many over the decades. It was the same rule used by the British (who left in 1957) to keep the place under control by dividing it. Its still divided. Its worse than ever now. There are well educated chinese chauvinists, who are chauvinist because they have had to leave and get a better life overseas. Then there are Malay chauvinists who wave Keris and claim it to be their land, and only "apologise" for it later when they almost lose a damn election. Then there are Indians who dislike both because in the race for food in the national rice bowl, they got forgotten. Worst of all, however are some expats.

Malaysia needs to develop a social conscience for those who are not fortunate. The problem was down to the politicians, particularly in UMNO/BN, who forgot that they work for the people, not the other way around. There are also issues related to freedom of speech, freedom of religion, which are complex....more some other time on that.

"We learn not to cross the line"

In other countries.....people DO cross the line, when they are pushed by circumstances, by unfairness, by injustice and by lies. Thats what happened in Eastern Europe. But the more I analyse Malaysia, the more I wonder "How else does it stay together and succeed". If it gets too open - it could disintegrate. If it stays too closed - it will implode.

Oh...finally....the foreigners. I could have a right laugh at their expense. There are a minority amongst expats who do not integrate, do not bother learning a little bit of Malay or Cantonese, and who insulate themselves into their own expat world, with expat clubs, expat bars, and don't go and see the reality in this country. Its their loss.

Ultimately, I guess, we are all different. Humanity needs to parcel and classify things, including race to make logical sense. We can be serious and analytical, try to unravel the whole Gordian knot, or we live with it, enjoy it and get on with it.

Now, Lets look beyond complaining and take a look at whats good about being different.

I like the Indians because they have a great sense of humour, and drink like fish
I like the Chinese because they gamble, love life, and have fun.
I like the Malays because they love their families and friends, and have a sense of community.
I like most westerners because they are away from home and like this place.

The world we live in is not perfect. PAS and the Catholic church say the next one is, but noone has a return ticket to tell us. The Chinese say we have to go through it all over again. I'm not too sure what the Indians say

Things that make me feel unpatriotic

Jul 13, 2008

In the wake of the recent unraveling of Malaysia's scandalous political scene, our national news agency has written an article on homosexuality. Obviously, the purpose of the article is to shift the public attention from the shocking accusation that was smacked hard on a particular national leader.

I was so shocked and felt (still feel) insulted by the release of the feature article. I was so surprised by the way the government is tackling the situation. Frankly speaking, I can't even describe how disgusted I feel about it.

The article is an insult to us Malaysians. It only shows what kind of puppet the news agency is. It reveals how disgustingly low Malaysian journalism can be. And it only show how despicable the puppet master can be by degrading our intellect and curbing our freedom.

So many stupid similar things going on right now, I just can't make sense of what's happening around me anymore.

I've attached a PDF file of the article for you guys to vomit on or you force yourself to read it on Bernama.com at the address below:
