Recollections 2

And so my journey begins down a road that will soon be filled with memories and life lessons. Memories that haunt me to this day but lessons that have played such an important role in the woman I became. I can't remember exactly how it happened but everything just fit. It was as if my life was missing a piece of the puzzle and finally I had found it.

The people were exciting and unique. Becoming an interest to them was my priority and it came easy for me much to my surprise. I had not experienced a lifestyle such as this and desperately tried to make this my own. Everyday I was becoming more and more a part of this place and indulging in the spellbinding lights. The lights that would eventually take over. The lights that are in my soul forever.

You were always there to guide and teach. You were so beautiful. I was captivated by your intellect and warm soul. Experience was something that I lacked but hearing the words filled me with confidence and I craved more. The transformation was not a slow one. Changing and reinventing ones self can take time but mine began immediately. There was so much to learn.

After the big storm I felt calm and I could not see the storms that lie ahead of me but they were there brewing in the distance.
