THIS i have to see.

alkgwathien: March 24, 2008 - 06:35 AM PST Back to what Catalyst was saying about Step Up 2, I think Robert Hoffman is one of the best hip hop dancers around today. Not only is he amazing at hip hop though, but he is a trained ballerina. And, on top of that, he can choreograph and is just a hilarious dude. Check out his website for some ridiculous shit he has done in the past, just messing around with his friends. Channing Tatum is also pretty good, but Robert has more variety in his style.

Omarion? Marques Houston? Usher? Chris Brown?

Who's the best hip hop dancer today? I'm a big fan of this video, especially the ending. Who do you like?

Make a video post of you busting a move and let us judge.

I'm way too white to bust a move, I guess. Someone thought I'd be able to "Pop and lock" due to the flexibility of my legs and whatnot. Sadly, he was mistaken.

half the guys in this video would diagree.

The_Catalyst: March 22, 2008 - 02:42 PM PST I saw Step Up two...despite the annoying and predictable storyline, had some interesting "hip hop dancing" but I honestly could care less about it.

jacintos: March 21, 2008 - 10:59 AM PST Well, of course MJ is the king. Even though he's not a hip hop dancer, many of the dances that r&b/hip hop dancers use come from him.

I think all those guys have great moves. If I had to choose, I'd probably go with Chris Brown or Usher, but Omarion is up there too.

A lot of Chris Brown's movements are exact replica's of Michael Jackson. I know many musical artists duplicate Michael Jackson, but COME ON MAN!!! GET SOME ORIGINALITY!!! I guess I would have to say, Omarion has some pretty good movements.
MJ is a huge musical influence for me as well as countless other musicians and dancers. I think Chris Brown's emulations of his moves are definitely in a tribute to MJ. I personally enjoy when I see him do a throwback move of some sort. Plus, he brings a lot of "krumping" into his act, which I like a lot too.
