WHEN DID U KNOW??

Tell me when did you know
that society wasn't whole
that an incomplete portion
left this venomous hole

As we rely on others
that only oppress
Just leaving this country
in greater distress

i fear where things are going
or how they might end
Cause the ones that we elect
are only here to pretend

Saying, Feeling, Being about CHANGE
but this change is on a fuse with a very small range
they get a change , new powers come to be
as the streets of democracy are laid with debris

Rubble of trouble cover this road
as the innocent are left again untold

Before they proceed up those stairs
i hope they remember what they pledge
To uphold and provide and look out for
rather than do and provide for themselves a little bit more

i know that its not just me
but i wanted to see
