Its because of me

I hate my job, man do I hate my job. But here's the interesting thing. I've have proven to myself that I can be truly dedicated. I've stayed at this place for 2 and a half years!!! I took this job because I needed to pay off my student loans , and guess what 2 and half years later....havent made a friggin dent! Yes the job pays well, yes it has something to do with my degree in business administration, but surprise surprise.....money and corporate success is not all its cracked up to be. I learned that I was made for something different, something more, something outside the confines of the corporate monster. Although I am eternally grateful to God for bringing me the growth opportunity that this job brought. ( I learned that I , lil Miss Commitment issues, can work her ass off for a greater purpose, can take critiscism and turn it into driver, can stay positive in a horrible , tense, frustrating, unappreciative enviornment, and can grow in Christ)

Thats the best thing that I can take away from this 2 and half year experience , that my relationship with God and Jesus got so much stronger! You dont know how many days I would pray and fast and mediate in the little office next to my cube. I know its time to move one, but Im grateful to know that it was because of me ( my old ways and old fears) that everything turned out this way. So even though my Boss totally hates me......I can leave a better woman.
