I totally agree. I believe that too much optimism ignores a problem, but so does too much pessimism. I hate to sound like one of those happy medium people, but I think there is a certain level of optimism required for change as well. If we all had the attitude that it is just gonna happen anyways and there is nothing we can do about it there will also be no change.
