Ok I first want to say I respect your choice, I have not stopped putting meat in my diet though I have started to eat less.

But one thing that always gets me is that many vegetarians still eat fish. As if fish is not real meat. Buteven ore confussing is the fact that a large portion of the fish we eat comes from the ocean, not farms like the chickens, cows, lambs, or whatever other non-aquatic meat source. This has destroyed the fish populations, just look at the salmon in the northwestern U.S. We are pushing an entire group of animals towards extinction. Yet chickens and cows are actually booming as a speices due to our lust for their flesh.

So just a thought, why are many vegetarians ok with that?
