Thanks for the comment,guess I have the patience because when caught up in this sort of detail it's my passion to see it done well as a whole that gets me through to the other side.Architectural rendering has always been a favourite past time of mine,it is sad for me at least that drawings of buildings interest a very small slice of the public.
Everything has shape and casts shadows accordingly and so portraits and everything else is fair game to depict in a certain personal way!
Don't give up on the idea developing your drawing skills.
