Indeed, I do hope to lead a peaceful life. & pas it on, if we ever succeed in having child/ren. (been trying for a few years.)
In the natural medicine world, I've actually created one that works! :D You're so right about feeling the difference, when the body is filled with healthy substances over unhealthy. As well as feeling the difference of HOW we live, in terms of being Active or lazy. Moderation in all is key! :D Thanks for the comment! :)
