Before I post the Imeem Playlist here's some Fun Facts of Snow PAtrol's bandmates.

*Gary Lightbody*(Lead Singer)
1)Lightbody formed the Scottish supergroup The Reindeer Section, made up of 47 musicians from 20 different bands, in 2000.
2)The two albums Final Straw and Eyes Open were influenced by Lightbody's own infidelity and contain songs dedicated to his ex-girlfriend.
3)He is currently dating Lisa Hannigan.
4)His most recent side project is Listen... Tanks!, a Napoleonic rock-band collaboration with Garret "Jacknife" Lee. One-time bandmate Iain Archer has been approached to contribute.
5)Gary is a workoholic.

*Jonny Quinn*(Drums)
1)Jonny is described as "Ireland's hardest working drummer".
2)He's been with Snow Patrol since their first full-length release, Songs for Polarbears.
3)Jonny broke his arm in a snowboarding accident and was unable to play in several shows during one of the North American legs of Snow Patrol's Eyes Open Tour. Since then, he has fully recovered.
4)He proposed to his longtime girlfriend at Snow Patrol's homecoming show at Ward Park in 2007.
5)Jonny is the nephew of Patricia Quinn, who starred as Magenta in the cult classic The Rocky Horror Picture Show.



*Nathan Connolly*(Lead Guitar, Backing Vocals)
1)Connolly sang for a gospel church choir when he was 16, and the experience,is what inspired him to be a musician.
2)Connolly was a member of a band called File Under Easy Listening or F.U.E.L.
3)Nathan is a huge Star Wars fan.
4)He is avery big U2 fan.
5)Nathan earned a National Diploma in Popular Music.

*Paul Wilson*
1)An injury to Wilson's left arm and shoulder forced the band to cancel several of their French and Germany shows in late 2006.
2)It is rumoured that he is in a relationship with actress Sophia Myles.
3)Wilson is left-handed.
4)Paul can play the banjo.
5)Wilson has a Terra Diablo tattoo on his left arm.

*Tom Simpson*
1)Simpson was arrested at RAF Northolt on July 7, 2007, shortly after having performed with Snow Patrol at Live Earth at Wembley Stadium, for missing a court date in Glasgow after having been charged for possession of a Class A drug (cocaine possession). He was held at Uxbridge Police Station, and transferred to Strathclyde before being released in time to perform with the band at T in the Park in Balado. Simpson missed Snow Patrol's performance at the Oxegen Festival in Ireland as a result.
2)Charges against Simpson and a friend have now been dropped.
3)Tom is a former DJ.
4) Before he was made a full member, in between touring, he used to serve pizzas in a cafe bar in Dundee, Scotland called the Cul De Sac, recently known as the Social.
5)Tom often plays with Paul Wilson.

*Mark McClelland*(Former Bandmate 1994-2005)
1)McClelland was expelled from the band in 2005 after the success of their 2003 album Final Straw, allegedly over creative differences.
2)Speaking to Scotland's The Daily Record at the time, McClelland claimed he was sacked as Lightbody "wanted more control and less interference", adding that Snow Patrol would effectively be a solo project now.The NME later reported that the dispute centred on songwriting credits for Final Straw, with McClelland feeling his contribution had not been given sufficient acknowledgement.
3)Mark was the co-founder of the band Snow Patrol.
4)McClelland also wrote and played in The Reindeer Section, as well as featuring on Iain Archer's album Flood The Tanks and Cut La Roc's eponymous debut album.
5)He continues to write and produce music and is currently the founding member of Little Doses, along with singer Kirsten Ross and drummer Michael Branagh.
