Looking, but finding nothing

Lately, ever since I got back from DYC (a youth conference in Portland) I've noticed that the girls at my school are not my type, at all. It sucks, everywhere I look there's a girl that's good looking and then I find out that they have no morals and their totally fake. I tell ya the girls at my school are the worlds biggest California wanna-be's. Because every girl here is rich, they are also spoiled, and thinks that they can do anything they want. It makes me so frustrated! All I want is a nice girl with a good set of morals, don't get me wrong Iove to have fun and be crazy, but within the limits of the christian religion. But sadly enough I'm doomed to a sentence of lonelyness for the rest of my high school career. I mean I have God, and all of my friends but I just want somebody to hold, somebody to talk to about things like God, and well I can't really do that with my friends. And as for dating someone in the youth group, Ha! been there done that, hated every second of it. Never date someone in you're youth group, It wont work!!! So all I can d at this point is just pray to God and have faith that one day he will deliver the perfect girl to me, OR drop out of school as soon as I get my licence and drive around the country looking for girl.

I totally now how it feels. alot of the guys, even ones who go to my church, are into things they shouldn't be into. There's this guy who goes to my church and he's really really nice and i like him so much but he's into stuff i don't want to be into. Like he has gotten drunk before. And alot of guys are really perverted....or there are some guys who go to my school and they are like "I hate my cell phone! I want a new one so bad"
Who cares about freaking cell phones!
I don't even want one because then i would be just like those people who text and text and waste money and don't even pay attention to the person they are having a conversation with right next to them.

I guess that entire holding someone and being able to talk to about whatever would be a nice sensation because maybe for a moment the world would make sense, or it would just become a blur. However, make you're just destined to be Mr. Loveless and you'll fall in love with something else if possible. In my opinion, you shouldn't wait for something to come crashing on your doorstep. The searching for a girl all over the country would be an okay idea, because at least you tried. But if you try a little, maybe fate will meet you half way and you will find someone if you're really interested. This is probably a really senseless comment, but it's just my thoughts for you on this "looking, but finding nothing" you talk about.
