Words

I have to admit, I do have a strong compulsion to understand words and the power that they have over us as human beings. Language is so trivial. The orientation of the mouth and lips to shape and exahalation into a viable sound is a magnificent thought to me. More intersting is the effect of words on us as humans. It is interesting how someone's words can cause us so much grief or happiness. It's is interesting how hateful words can drive on into a depression while someone who doesn't understand english would not feel any different. What I am trying to say is words are what we make them. We assign them the authority to dictate our emotions, thoughts and actions.
