telling me the things I want to hear
is this love or is this fake
I cant let my heart break
hes lied before will he lie again
I dont want this to end
he says three words that burrow deep
I give him my heart to keep
What he'll do with it im not sure
I can only hope intentions are pure
I await for days to pass
securing my future in the past
