why do we get angry

i think we get andgry because we are scared and dont have a good resen even wene the person you are curently yelling at has a good idea about what they did rong. what i am getting at is we really suldent get angry so often because of the simple fact that it makes you look like a jurk.
P.S. i should lisen to my own words.
