You're doing all sorts of interesting things, but I just have time to comment on this one. The color experiment gives a beautiful result, focusing on a few colors: the clothes the chair, the light on the ground - which is especially lovely - and the pink, blue and yellow bits; that's about it. The simplicity is eloquent.
