Just Thinkin'

Live life as if there's no tomorrow...hmmm. Sounds to me like the person who encourages this method of living is a bit pessimistic. Do they not even expect there to be a tomorrow? Don't get me wrong, I'm all about living life to the fullest. But I'm not gonna go jump out of a plane or climb a mountain just in case the world ends. That just wouldn't bring me fulfillment. But if you choose to make that leap from the plane, just think. As you make your descent, and you pull the rip-cord, the chute will fail. And now, as you plummet torward our beautiful Earth, you will be consumed by realization. Just before you hit, the fact that you could've went to a ball game instead will make you giggle at the irony. But the true irony begins the day after you went splat. When your friends are sitting around wondering why you didn't go to the game with them yesterday.
