My names Sanja. The J is pronounced like a Y..my name means dream in serbian, and thats what my mother tells me I foolishly am...Im 20 yrs old, the 3rd daughter of 4, from a 1st generation, serbian family. Apparently, I was/am the golden child of the family. It is/ was expected of me, not to fail. I write in this present/past tense, because I dont really know if my family has given up on me yet.I think they have...but, I haven't given up on myself one bit. Nope. Im just actually, for the 1st time in my life, living the way I want to. Im a student at Valpo U, a college I never really wanted to go to. This summer, I dragged my boyfriend (who my family and friends abhor) back into school with me here. I love him to death. I wouldnt want to see the world w/out him by my side.He's a genius & my backbone, as i am his. Im living this life, trying to figure it all out, finding a way to stay motivated, and become this magnificent, intelligent,beautiful girl that everyone says I am.
