About me

I'm an artsy-fartsy type who unintentionally and at times blends in with the wallpaper. If you can't tell already, I'm a writer. No, let me change that - an unemployed writer who is still going to college for a much-waited-on journalism degree. Now the basics. I'm 22-years-old going on 65. If you don't know what that means, it means I sometimes have enough maturity and responsibility in me to make your eyes roll. But enough about me. It's your turn.

Interests

Music

,I like a little bit of everything. I like to listen to Jack Johnson for when I'm stressing out (especially for those road rage times); Rolling Stones for when I'm feeling a little bit rebellious; and then there's Seether,The Last Goodnight,Sugarcult. The only ones that I cannot stand is most rap and all country.,

Movies

,The artsy-fartsy kinds really get my interest. You know,Moulin Rouge!,Across the Universe,Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I tend to indulge in the ever-so-often romance story but those are very few and far between. The Notebook,Once,and Becoming Jane are some of my favorites. I also cannot resist a good horror movie!,

Books

,A major bookworm,I am! I love to read about love,just like the next girl,I guess. Something classic like Pride and the Prejudice or Stupid and Contagious (by Caprice Crane) will spike my interest. I love classic literature novels as well; for example,Flowers for Algernon and Catcher in the Rye.,

Prologue
love the honesty in your prologue (yes i read it all) ;) sry for spelling mistakes, but i'm german and i had to learn my english in school, so i hope it's not too bad ^^ and you probably won't believe me, but...the things you say about letting down your guard only with friends and the child being under construction...aren't we all just children of our parents? and aren't we all just under construction most time of our life? ^^ yeah, i don't know, i guess i just wanted to tell you i really love your prologue, it sounds different and honest! thx for not judging me without knowing me :)

I don't finish anything. I don't even finish books. I'm so perplexed over issues and I get distracted easily that I find it easy to put something down and not finish it, such as a cup of coffee. Maybe it's something internal, something deep down. Maybe I have daddy-issues or... maybe I'm just super tired right now; maybe I'm looking too far into a subject matter that probably and simply is just a bad habit.
