Monotomy is a horrible thing. I relate to going to bed with anxiety. I just think "OK, rigth at this very moment, I have no problems", just bring yourself to the NOW and realize that everything is not as bleak as it seems.

LOL...I think they do that on purpose hehehe...ugh, maybe you should never eat at McD's again lol, poor books...hmmm the way I see it...EXPECT nothing, that none of your dreams will come true or nothing will work out, that way when something good happens...wow it's all just AWESOME...I know we have soo many paths to take, and options...you could have been like me, I tried anything wasted almost 3 yrs of my life trying each path...and then found it...turns out it was what I always wanted to do but decided that I shouldn't b/c I thought I couldn't succeed...once you realize tho that you're on the wrong path I say jump off it ASAP, b/c you'll end up doing a crappy work (as in work ethic, w/ whatever you do) doing something you don't want to do anyways...hmmm those are my thoughts not sure if any of 'em helped or not sure really if you wanted any...ugh ok gonna stop now :)
