I completely know what you;re talking about having a professor who just goes overboard. I have a professor who expects us to write doctorate worthy essays, but here's the thing it's FIRST YEAR course... like 1rst year of a bachelor's... I'm just glad that it's not my first year, but his expectations are insane and the other people in the class are failing miserably... not that I'm doing great, but whatever.
