Do you remember when you were a little girl, when you used to covet a gold star or 5 stars from your teachers back in grade school?

I remember the feeling when i first got my gold star, i was in the first grade and believe me, when I got home, my mom and my dad praised me for it and my mom had the maid to prepare special food for me and we even had a good dessert.

As the years go by, I had more awards and certificates than you can count. I dont know why but I think the happiness and the flush in my cheeks from getting praised and getting pats on the back is taking its toll on me. I'm not saying that I don't like achieving anymore it's just that this year (11th grade) it just seems overrated, especially at a school that more than 40% of the school population arent even doing their best.

It just frustrates me that i work my arse off and these people slack their way.But still at least I stand out amongst these people. Conclusion: I AM TOO SMART FOR BANKSIA PARK INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL -BubblePrincess-
