Am I a good person?

So today I had to work with a guy who went to costa rica to help out the children of the area and it made me think how much I suck. All that consumes my time is myself. I mean I do Relay for Life and give blood every year, but I feel like that isn't even close to enough. I wish that I could do more for others but realistically I just plain don't have time and that makes me feel like I'm a horrible person. How can I be too busy to help someone else? I really feel that giving back is something really important and should really be taken seriously. There are so many people in this world that barely are living, unlike me, who's biggest worry is how I can manage my time between work and still get a good gpa in school. I really hope that I'm not a bad person, but sometimes I do wonder.
