high heels through random message

Well, that's what came to mind today as I was working at my assistantship in my ubercute boots that happen to be high heels, not excessively high, but high enough that I wear them as my professional shoes at my internship daily. I usually wear my sneakers to my assistantship, but today, I wore heels. And I felt good. I don't think that I'm sexy or hot or anything like that, but wearing heels, I know that I'm taller, and I think there's a cerebral reaction. When I was little, I always saw women in movies, or on television, or sometimes even in real life wearing heels and it was as if that was what women were supposed to do. The sound of the heels as I walk down the hall - it can't be compared to that of sneakers. I also think that I'm more confident and graceful in heals than in sneakers. Similar to that law, I treat the hallway as a runway in my high heeled boots and I seem to command attention.

I have never enjoyed wearing sneakers. I used to have keds but everyone else had sneakers so I started buying them too. I find sneakers ugly when I wear them. On anyone else? They look normal or cute, but once they are on my feet, they are ugly and uncomfortable. I think it's because I always wanted to leave my ballet slippers on all day. Even after I've stopped dancing, I've bought new ballet slippers to wear around the house. They are so comfortable. I wish I had space enough to dance in my room because I used to like to turn on a CD and just dance around my room, making up dances for every song. Now it would be exercise. Then it was relaxing. Now it would be relaxing.

As for my high heels, I have so many pairs that I don't wear. I finally found some that almost look like the ideal pair that I have in my head of what women wore as I grew up, but the heel is just a little too high to wear for a full day of work. And I even bought them specifically for work. They are great shoes to wear when I get dressed up and want to look cute because they are.

As for my looks, I think this randomly received message from a guy I've never seen or heard of on myspace but apparently has moved into my town since he graduated a different high school sums it up... "hey ur hott whats ur sn????"
