I don't quite know why I decided to join

The show has inspired me. I'm not sure quite how or why - maybe it's honesty, tenacity. I just turned 18 and, quite frankly, I am not ready to write. While the world is shouting over the seas of the destruction of the written word, I take comfort in it and it challenges me. A writer - despite the quality of their work - is to be admired, and I hope that I can pursue writing later. For now, I can't. I'm not ready for the vulnerability that a writer experiences.
