Im struggling right now with the thought of love. It NEVER goes away. Once you have opened yourself to such a strong emotion, it will linger there...I am accepting the fact that no matter how much I deny feelings for my lovers past, it will always be there. It feels good to just accept it. Appreciate it for what it was and harbor no feelings of regret. I myself tend to fall in love everyday and that too I am coming to terms with. It was just recently brought to my attention by a good guy friend of mine. I asked him jokingly, "Why do you flirt with so many different girls?!". He responded, "because I need a different girl for all the many different aspects of me..." Bullshit or not, it really struck me. We as human beings are so deep and complex how is it ever possible that one person can meet all of your needs? I mean I do to a certain extent want to believe in a "soul mate", but how could I never get bored with just one person? Wow. If he does truly exist...he must be a hell of a man....blah blah blah...dont take any of this too serious...I might feel completely different tomorrow...ha!
