Paper smiles
held on by tears
you see me smiling
While I am crying inside
You keep falling for my
Happy song and dance
But there this pain in me
A pain no body can see
There to busy
getting lost in my lie
The illusion I create for you
So you don't feel so bad
About what you did
or the people you hurt
So you can keep living
in your rose colored world
While I wander around
lost in the gray
Wearing a paper smile
help on by tears
Hiding all the pain
so people won't see
All I am carrying inside of me.
