They laid my cousin down today
In his uniform of Blue and Red
You have never seen a more handsome Marine in all your days
They gave his Father, Mother and his Wife flags to remember him by
And I have never seen so many people freely cry
The Marine that guarded him had tears welling up inside of him
And I pray for all of my family there
That they know he is in a better place one of wonder and of Grace
