This is unedited so far, I just want to see what you guys think of it before I start chopping away at it

A black balloon falls from the sky
It's losing all it's gas
As the helium goes my mood's on the rise
It's time to complete my task

A simple song from the minds of men
My spirit's been released
Like the gas liberated from it's dark den
My cheeks begin to crease

A captor swims in a lake of red
The prisoner is set free
The church will label this as wrong
We're too blind to disagree

The state claims to keep us safe
by prohibiting things they can't tax
I'd rather live dangerously
Than hide behind a grotesque mask
