today was a day unlike any other-- jack said.. I listened to it over and over- and I realized this was a day unlike any other...

I thought the days of passing had passed. The rain should have tipped me off the world had lost another. The battle was not won, and the soldier had lost his fight.

Peace be with you my son, the priest said, as the family that surround cried for the loss of their brother, father, friend....
I hear silence... amongst the music that plays. The family begins to sing, coming together and celebrating in life for a loss that keeps me down.

Where am I apart from them I wonder?

Who am I... apart from this is I ask?

When will the passing end... I plead...

this is only the beginning... of a life of the world to come..

It often frightens me that I can't control the beginnings and ends...

The arguments all seems so insignificant... now...

Take me away-- Natasha sings... take me a way.. is right...

today... and just for today-- take me away...
