Where do we go from Here

Why is that whenever we get stuck at a situation in life we always tell ourselves "Okay how are we going to go from here" It werid that nothing can be done to not to think of that cause we are human and we are not perfect.I been thinking that cause of what events that been happen the last 3 weeks.I just hope I'am not the only one to think of that.
