When you look up the word label in the dictionary it mean a 'slip of paper for attching to an OBJECT' but there is also 'short classifying phrase or name applied to persons.' When you are labelling someone you are putting them in with a group of people with that same label. When you the people under the label become more obvious you dont really see the individual, just the label.

When you give someone a label think to your selve and see if you have a label.
